EZ FLATE Affiliate Participation Agreement

Effective Date: 03/01/2026

This Affiliate Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the EZ FLATE Crew Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms below.

1. Program Participation

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by EZ FLATE. EZ FLATE reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate at its discretion.

Affiliate agrees to represent EZ FLATE in a professional and brand-appropriate manner at all times.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliate will earn commissions based on qualified sales generated through their unique referral link or discount code, as tracked by the EZ FLATE affiliate platform.

  • Commission percentages are determined by the assigned tier.

  • Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded purchases.

  • EZ FLATE reserves the right to modify commission structures with notice.

Fraudulent, self-referred, or manipulated purchases will not qualify for commission.

3. Discount Code Use

Affiliate discount codes are intended for organic audience use only.

Affiliate agrees not to:

  • Post codes on coupon aggregation websites

  • Share codes through paid discount forums

  • Engage in deceptive advertising

  • Bid on EZ FLATE branded keywords in paid ads

Violation may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Content Expectations

Affiliates may be required to create content based on their assigned tier.

Content must:

  • Clearly feature EZ FLATE products

  • Be publicly posted

  • Maintain brand alignment

  • Avoid misleading claims

Failure to meet content expectations may result in tier reassignment or removal from the Program.

5. Content Usage Rights

Affiliate grants EZ FLATE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and use submitted or publicly posted content featuring EZ FLATE products for marketing purposes, including:

  • Social media

  • Website

  • Email marketing

  • Paid advertising

Affiliate retains ownership of original content.

6. Non-Compete & Competitive Brand Restriction

Affiliate agrees that, while actively participating in the EZ FLATE Crew Program, they will not promote, advertise, endorse, or accept compensation from any direct competitor of EZ FLATE.

For purposes of this Agreement, a “direct competitor” includes brands primarily engaged in the sale of portable air compressor systems, on-board air systems, multi-tire inflation kits, air manifolds, or similar air distribution products.

If Affiliate promotes or partners with a direct competitor while participating in the Program:

  1. Affiliate participation will be immediately terminated.

  2. All unpaid or pending commissions will be forfeited.

  3. EZ FLATE reserves the right to invoice Affiliate for the retail value of any complimentary or discounted products received within the preceding twelve (12) months, less any amount already paid.

EZ FLATE retains sole discretion in determining whether a brand qualifies as a direct competitor.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links and codes may be deactivated

  • Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of this Agreement

  • Affiliate must cease representing themselves as an EZ FLATE affiliate

8. Program Changes

EZ FLATE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any part of it at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Independent Relationship

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or legal representative of EZ FLATE.

Affiliate is responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission payments.

10. Limitation of Liability

EZ FLATE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Acceptance

By participating in the EZ FLATE Crew Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
