Shipping Policy

At EZ FLATE LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and ensure that their orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience, we have established the following shipping policy:

 

  1. Timeline: All of our hose kits are assembled by hand, and although we strive to always keep our inventory in stock, sometimes an influx of orders can come in that put us behind.  We work hard to rapidly catch up if we have sold out of our stock, but this may bring unexpected delays.  Normally, when items are in stock, your order will ship the next day, however we cannot always gurantee this.  If you have concerns about getting your order in time, or if the fulfillment of your order has been delayed longer than 5 business days, please email us at support@ezflate.com for an update.  Also, we generally ship with UPS from Spanish Fork, UT - reaching most of the US within 1-4 days; however, we do not gurantee shipping timelines.

  2. Damages in Transit: While we take every possible precaution to ensure that our products are shipped securely and arrive in pristine condition, we cannot be held liable for damages that occur during transit. Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrrier, EZ FLATE no longer has control over the item.

  3. International Shipments: For international shipments (outside of the US), customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred as a result of the shipment. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Incorrect Addresses: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses that are provided by customers when they place their orders. Customers are strongly encouraged to review their confirmation email and ensure that their address is correct before placing their order. We will ship to the address listed in the confirmation email and cannot be held liable for any delays or additional shipping charges that may result from an incorrect address, including shipments returned by the carrier.
