THREE-YEAR NO HASSLE WARRANTY:
At EZ FLATE, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive three-year, no hassle warranty on all our products. we will either fix it or replace it with a new one - limited to 1 replacement. Our warranty covers mechanical defects and normal use - not cosmetic defects, abuse, or modifications made after purchase.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
- Contact Us: If you experience any issues with your EZ FLATE product within the warranty period, please reach out to our customer support team.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Be prepared to provide your purchase receipt or order number to facilitate the warranty claim process.
- Include visual of issue: Please include photos and/or videos of the issue you are experiencing so we can help troubleshoot and address any issues.
Please send the email to support@ezflate.com. Our team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For Domestic warranty replacement items, shipping will be covered by EZ FLATE.
For International warranty replacements, customer is responsbile for the replacement shipping cost and any associated duties/taxes. We will always use the HTS code that gives us the best chance of not charging duties/taxes for warranty replacement items, but we cannot guarantee they will be free and and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Misuse or use outside of intended applications can result in damage or injury.
EZ FLATE is not responsible or liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Damage to tires, vehicles, equipment, or property

Personal injury or loss arising from improper use, installation, or maintenance

Damage resulting from connecting to incompatible systems or accessories
This limitation applies even if EZ FLATE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The warranty covers only the EZ FLATE product itself, not any damage that may occur as a result of its use.
Special Note for Purchases Before March 2024:
For customers who purchased their EZ FLATE product before March 2024 and require warranty assistance beyond the original one-year warranty period, we are here to help. Please contact our customer support email at support@ezflate.com for assistance.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a full refund of the product and taxes paid, the returned item must be in new and unused condition. If not, it will be subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of the processor.
Returns are eligible for a full refund of the product and taxes paid, but not the shipping fees that were previously paid to send the product to you.
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@ezflate.com with your order number, or proof of purchase, and brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary information to complete the return process.
For faster processing of your refund, please include a note with your order number and the explanation with your return.
